Jazz Front is a trio based in the Twin Cities. We specialize in tasteful jazz performances, ideal for clubs and restaurants, corporate events, private parties, family gatherings, and weddings in Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding area.



We're Happy When You're Happy

We love playing music, but we're at your event to serve you, your friends, your family, or your clients and patrons. We want to deliver the music you want, so talk with us as you plan your event. If you're a club owner or restaurateur working to build certain atmosphere, let us know what you want to accomplish. The core of Jazz Front is the classic jazz trio: piano, bass, and drums. But we work in other combinations depending on your goals--adding vocals, sax, trumpet, guitar, or other to ensure a memorable evening for you and your guests.

Dunitz, Miller, and Hyman--the core of Jazz Front bring seventy years of combined musical experience to create a pleasing mix of straight-ahead jazz standards, bossa novas, Afro-Cuban, and jazz interpretations of popular rock.
